PROS AND CONS OF
E-WORKING AND HOME LEARNING
In the twenty-first century, the quick advancement of technology has had a significant impact in the education sector and transform the form of work. The traditional work and classroom instruction was replaced with online or remote options, and which increased during the Covid-19 epidemic, shifting was easier for some progressed and well-equipped countries with the transition being easier in developing nations. With a lot of apps available where the internet is essential for remote interactions and online learning and working.
In concordance with the new opportunities to work and study from home is necessary to understand that we need to develop new technical and educational skills to be more efficient and productive without been in a workplace or school environment.
According with Hossin Mohamed (2015). We need to pay attention to empower receptive and productive skills. Two examples of receptive skills are reading and listening. They are crucial because they enable to comprehend texts, books, papers, and other materials.
Speaking and writing are the two components of productive skills, and they are important because they enable to take part in communicative tasks like written studies, reports, and oral presentations, among others. Consequently, it is important to develop and learn these skills correctly.
Obviously, there are advantages and cons of online learning and e-working and truly depends on several factors such as economics, motivation, discipline, social interaction, connection, and technical issues, including instructor control amount others.
A study conducted by Shah Z. (2022) show benefits and drawbacks of online education at Cambridge International School, an international school located in Istanbul, Turkey. The results showed that the largest percentages of benefits were associated with financial affordability and flexible scheduling, respectively. Other benefits of online learning included self-discipline, self-motivation, individual attention, and easy access to and sharing of resources.
The lowest percentages were found for social interaction, freedom, and time savings. The biggest percentages of drawbacks were related to health problems, social interaction deficit, and connection difficulties, in that order. The other drawbacks of were inability to focus, lack of drive, tendency to get distracted easily, lack of instructor control, and time waste.

On the other hand, E-working is an activity in which a worker works either full- or part-time from home, with some time spent traveling or working from home and the rest of the time spent at the workplace allowing work to be carried out in any location using information and communication technology (ICT). This kind of work includes off-the job work, remote desktop log-on, sending and receiving e-mails, data and files and developing ideas and selling products and services remotely. A research investigation conducted by Beño M. (2021) discovered that working online offers more advantages than disadvantages. Flexibility, productivity and efficiency, satisfaction, and WLB are mentioned as benefits in most studies (more than 50%), according to a binomial test. Although working remotely has many benefits, not everyone finds this style of work to be suitable. However, COVID-19, technological advancement, and a globally interconnected world prove unequivocally that e-working will be integral to the workplace of the future.

To summarise e-working and home learning are both strategies that develop the skills and emerging procedures that educational and work force need for the 21st century. It uses information, communication, and technology (ICT) and internet connection. In fact, pros and cons are compared to several factors such economic, time, equipment, health, interaction, and motivation amount others, creating constant difficulties between the users.
